recovery action; remedial action : one which is brought to obtain compensation or indemnity دعواي خيار عيب redhibitory action : In the civil law, an action for redhibition. An action to avoid a sale on account of some vice or defect in the thing sold, which renders its use impossible, or so inconvenient and imperfect that it must be supposed the buyer would not have purchased it had he known of the vice. An action in which buyer, alleging seller’s breach of express or implied warranty, seeks to return thing sold or part thereof and to recover back all or part of price paid. – HCB
